Anyone ever done that? did it help? Can you see the results?
Just curious.
We scheduled a meeting with one in couple of weeks, and I'm curious to see where it takes us.

I never have, but I would LOVE to know how it goes for you. I keep pondering whether we should sit down with one.

We have met with one a couple of times. He offers advice, which we sometimes takes, but he does not manage our investments. I think he charges about $850 for each session - dh thinks it's worth it, but I disagree. We don't follow all of his advice, anyway. I think they are good for people who are unsure about how to deal with their finances and/or have high net worth. Certainly worth at least one session, I would say. Good luck!
