Summer 2010 Supplement swap?

I'll go first...

I just cleaned out the supplement cupboard. Does anyone need anything? I'll deliver locally or mail anywhere. We don't need them, but I don't just want to toss them in the garbage.
Country Life MSM 500 mg (unopened). Ingredients: 500 mg MSM, 170mg sulfur (as MSM). Other Ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose & glycerin coating, silica, magnesium stearate.


Jarrow Formula Mastic Gum 500 mg (unopened + one open bottle w/17 capsules left). Ingredient: 500 mg Mastic Gum (Pistacia lenticus) (stem). Other ingredients: cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of titanium dioxide and gelatin.


Country Life Vit B2 100 mg (opened w/53 tablets left). Ingredient: 100 mg Riboflavin (B2). Other ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose & glycerin coating, silicia, magnesium stearate.


Country Life Vit B1 100 mg (opened w/20 tablets left). Ingredient: 100 mg Thiamine (B1) as thiamine HCl. Other ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate.


Twin Lab controlled-release Melatonin (open w/53 tablets left). Ingredients: 34 mg calcium, 27 mg phosphorus, 2 mg melatonin. Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, vegetable based stearic acid, purified water, magnesium stearate, silica, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, magnesium silicate.


Solaray Oil of Oregano 150 mg (open w/30 gel caps left). Ingredient: oil of oregano extract (origanum vulgare) (aerial) in a base of extra virgin olive oil. Other ingredients: gelatin capsule & glycerin.


NSI Grapefruit seed extract 125 mg (open w/239 capsules left). Other ingredients: kosher gelatin capsule, rice flour & magnesium stearate.


Natural Orange flavor kid's calm (open, 2-4oz left). Ingredients: magnesium (elemental from magnesium citrate), vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate), zinc. Other ingredients: Stevia & natural orange flavor.

re: open bottles... I listed mine.

Either people are going to trust or not trust, I suppose. There are mamas here that I "know" enough that I wouldn't even think twice about getting an open bottle from. I originally posted this on my blog & facebook, too, so I was targeted a group that knows me well, also.

OK, I have a lot less unused supps than I used to, yay! Here is what I have - same deal, happy to mail anywhere.

Source Naturals L Tyrosine powder. Opened, only 5% used.

Source Naturals K-Mag KG (alpha-ketoglutarate, with mag & potassium). Opened, maybe 1/3 used.

Source Naturals sublingual melatonin (2.5mg, peppermint). Opened, only a few used.

Bluebonnet Taurine, 500mg. 50 capsules/jar. I have two unopened jars, one about 1/2 full.

Thorne molybdenum 1000mcg capsules (60 of them). Maybe 20% used.

Thorne glycine, 250 capsules, 500mg glycine. Maybe 20% used.

Yes it is. I do want to reiterate that it is open and 1/4 to 1/2 full. (Expiry date: 10/31/2010) If you want it, PM me your address. I'll just send it to you, no worries. I just want it out of my house and not via the trash if it can be helped.

I've got an opened bottle of Country Life Calcium Caps with Boron. Each cap has 1000mg calcium and 4 mg boron. Other ingredients are cellulose (capsule shell), and magnesium stearate. There are probably 80 caps in the bottle.

I might end up having more stuff, too. I'll have to see what I can dig out.

Also, if nobody else ends up needing some of the offered taurine and otherwise it will get tossed... I'll take it and use it in cat food.
