Spread the word "POSITIVE PARENT"

My daughters Preschool teacher is trying to get a Gentle Discipline program on the new Oprah's network. Good bye Nanny 911!! Please watch her 60 sec video (link below) and vote for her. I feel really blessed to have been able to send my Child to a preschool with a teacher who life goal is to teach and spread the word about Gentle Discipline or Positive discipline. Here is a short video which if you are new to Gentle Discipline really helps explain what it is all about.

I have been a parent educator for 12 years teaching positive parenting to parents of young children. It is awesome to see the results...more focus has to be put on ways to be a POSITIVE parent. Even a hug can do wonders in the midst of a tantrum. Hope this video gets picked by Oprah!! We need to reach more parents and educate them about positive parenting!!

It seems the top 5 five for each category move on as a "Finalist". Right now this one is about #23. Looks like a video will need more than 200,000 votes to make it into the top 5.

I'm on this forum for this exact reason, I need examples, visuals, ideas for positive parenting. It would be so much faster for me to watch something than seek out a book or dig it up online. I got teary when I saw this show idea, and wish I could vote more than once! America NEEDS this type of show on prime time.

If she hasn't already, she definitely should create a Facebook page for her audition! It would be a great way to get votes. I'll post to my Facebook but I think it needs to be spread wider than just my Facebook!
