red dry cheeks and chin. Help me figure this out.

Ds is 10 months old and nursing still. He has/had lyme disease passed from me. He is DF, GF (except for a few times of me having spelt), CF, EF, SF, and junk food free.

I don't remember his cheeks and chin ever being red and dry before he started solids. He doesn't eat alot, but he breaks out to everything. I then took him off solids and he still breaks out. Then he started loosing weight. I had to add solids back in. I have been avoid foods all the time, mental journaling. Still he breaks out randomly.
How do I figure this out?
Maybe it isn't food related at all.

I cut out banana completely and his cheeks cleared up. I never thought banana would be it since I have eaten those since he was born and the red cheeks only started a few months ago.
