I've been working on getting my DD's diet changed in a more TF direction to help her ecc, but haven't been very successful. Luckily, she takes the fclo/bo supp without any problems and is fine with the teeth care regimen of brush/floss/xylitol/mi paste 2-3 times a day. She also likes taking the recommended cell salts as many times as I can manage a day.
But, bone broth is a no-go except when I cook it into ground meats. Organs have also been a complete refusal. She absolutely won't drink anything milky and has even stopped drinking the smoothies she usually loves I think because I had been sneaking some raw grass-fed cow's milk into them. She still nurses about 3-4 times a day.
DD is almost 28 mo and has never been a big eater - quantity or variety. She's slow to grow/brittle hair that doesn't grow and has bad teeth. So, because I can't get a lot of food into her, she takes a few other supplements - multi-vitamin, vit D, vit C, magnesium, and iron.
So to my question. Does she also need a calcium supp? Her decay halted a bit a month ago or so, but it now seems to be getting worse again. Because she is taking in so many mineral supps, I'm having difficulty in the timing of when to give them to her so they all get absorbed. Anyone have any suggestions?
