Sweet orange oil

Recently, I've started drinking "orange water" (cut up an orange and put it in water like you do with lemon) and noticed that there's a light film of what can only be orange oil after it's sat in the fridge for a while.
So, What do you know about it?

I mean, I've noticed since I started drinking it that I need to urinate more often and am thirsty more often. Apparently it has diuretic qualities. Does anyone know anything else about it's effects?

I know it is a mood enhancer. Oranges/mandarins/tangerines/etc, the color and the fruit and the smell, are "happy".

As for physiological effects, I have not noticed anything. Perhaps you like the flavor so much you are drinking more water?

No, actually I read that it has diuretic properties.
