DS, 11 months, wakes up every hour or two at night starting at 9:30, at which point he will start getting up at 30 minute increments until I go to sleep with him. Then once I am asleep he wakes up every hour or two. He never cries, but is either just awake or requires me to nurse him and/or rub his back. To get him to bed I nurse him and then dh rocks him down. Also, he starts off in the crib in a separate room with his sister and then I bring him to bed with me.
That's all of the pertinent info about sleep time at my house. Any thoughts or ideas to help us all get a bit more rest? I am really committed to not letting him CIO.
