I've never used any powder or diaper cream. If her skin ever felt dry I put a little organic coconut oil on her. I didn't use any soap or shampoo on her until a few weeks ago at age 11 months. She just never seemed that dirty. I got the shampoo/ body wash from Nature's Paradise found here http://www.naturesparadiseorganics.c...82/6633184.htm and I really like it.
