I feel like I'm 70!

This is really just a vent but if anyone has any ideas for how to help, I'd love that too! Since my dd2s birth, I've had this joint in my left hip that is really sore. I basically limp around the house and it just feels like I can't move like normal. It's driving me crazy. I also have a bum knee-my left, that basically feels like it could give out at any time. It's really stiff. Between those two things, I just feel so not like myself. It makes caring for a newborn and a two year old that much harder b/c my body doesn't feel like my own. I'm only 2 weeks out so I know it's normal to not feel like myself yet but I'm just really getting annoyed with these stupid pains! Is this just from gaining about 50 pounds? Is it from spending so much time sitting and nursing? This is so frustrating! AH!

I'm not sure why you're having the problem, but, I would look into a few options:

1. Professional Applied Kinesiologist (some of them are also chiropractors, which is a good thing - more bang for your buck!). I can hardly describe what they do but they are amazing and really good at fixing injuries!
2. chiropractor
3. Massage
4. Combination of the above!

I hope you feel better soon. I'm sure you can fix this.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. First how many weeks has it been since you gave birth? I ask because for the first 2 weeks I was limping around too because of my back. I hve no idea what happened but it hurt worse than when I was pregnant. Then after two weeks it tapered off and it was only here and there. By the end of the third week my back was back to normal. Hoping this is only temporary for you.
