DD and I have now been Exclusively BF for One Whole Week.
She is nearly 15 weeks old now. She latched on for the first time at 8 weeks and since then I have been trying to get it to work after pumping and bottle feeding and the challenges with that - nipple confusion, and a HUGE supply (pumping 40oz a day), flat nipples, as well as some outside sources of stress (moving and my grandma passing)
I am just so thrilled, as I think I was getting closer to breaking point with the pumping. I pumped every 3 hours day and night for 8 weeks because I was terrified to lose my supply. Then every 4 -5 hours for another 5 weeks.
Breastfeeding is SOOOO much easier.
I'm SO happy!!! I always dreamed of breastfeeding a toddler and really thought I was meant to breastfeed, the heartbreak of not being able to nurse this baby was nearing unbearable.

Congratulations! I have so many concerns about bfing, I really have always wanted to bf my children, and am getting ready to have my first. I usually 
over here, but couldn't stop myself from being excited for you! You hung in there, you were dedicated and it paid off!
