you can upload them to here http://www.canyouseealine.com/ and then post the link.

or you can use something like flickr or photobucket and post the URL/Link so we can see it

sml- im in a similar boat- my cycles are textbook regular and classic and this is the first month it has been a little different, cp wasnt quite right, i havent felt any ovary pain, which i always do.... i cant really count my temp yesterday because it was messed up not sleeping right...maybe i o'd but i cant confirm it yet, frustrating with the awesome timing we've had, and now i am going out of town next week.

but listen, was that a typo??? 250 b6 is too high- over 200mg/day can cause neurotoxicity!

I'm working on it. He seems to think that 25 is some magical number (He'll be 25 then). I'm doing my best to argue my way to a closer date. I was just happy that he agreed to TTC at all! (Honestly? I think he will come around to my side of the argument before we get to our current date. HE's just got to get more comfortable. I'm think he's scared--and he isn't the one who has to go through L&D! I undersand being scared though. I'm going to leave it for a bit and revisit the argument when the idea isn't so "new", kwim?)

..He DID have a point with our finances though. I just think that we can get on our feet a LOT sooner than he does. lol

CONGRATULATIONS MRS. SEXYPANTS!

Welcome new people!

And....(drumroll)...Elonwy, may I please be moved to Waiting to O?

I'm sooo excited. For those of you who don't know, I had a molar pregnancy in December and have been on a doctor-ordered six month wait to TTC again. Well, we are finally FREE! I should O in about 2.5-3 weeks....this wait has seemed to take FOREVER. I am so happy, but also very nervous about conceiving again. We'll see how it goes...now I feel like I can finally be a bit more active on this thread.

Yay Blanca! I hope you get out of here soon!!

Apparently you have to use birth control in order for it to work , so guess I'm back in this month, Waiting to Know 2dpo

blanca, that's great news. best wishes for a great return to ttc!

beauty- i think you both sound very responsible. a lot of 20 y.o. kids (i say kids because i have 2 older than you! ack!) wouldnt be so patient and would go for the instant gratification instead of trying to get finances in place and settled. do you two have a wedding date yet? truly, in 2 or 3 years, or even 1 who knows, he may be feeling better about it. i know how much you want it- who charts on bcps? - but i think you are right. give it a little time, have a serious talk about it maybe every 6 mths or so to reassess the timeline, and things may change when you are 21 or 22, or after you get hitched and settled. i admire you.

Noooo, wasn't a typo. I take the Jamieson B6 at 250mg, and the B100 complex (another 100mg of B6 in there).

Why would they sell something that causes neurotoxicity?

http://www.jamiesonvitamins.com/en/p...8&UPCCode=2019

Edited to add: Not trying to get my back up or anything karmab...if it's best I don't take the B6 (or just cut down to the B100 complex) of course I can do that...

Thanks, karma! No offence taken with "20 y.o. kids" most of us still act like 15 years olds...and will be for a loooong time. It's embarrassing to be grouped with them most days. Wedding date is April 9, 2011, provided that we can book someone down at town hall for that date (shouldn't be a problem). Small wedding, why waste a pile of money on one day when we need to have it for the rest of our lives? (Also, stage-fright!) It would be incredibly irresponsible to TTC right now. I mean, we live in a teeeny little studio that we can't fit our things into (Most of my stuff lives in my grandma's basement right now) and we're on Food Stamps. We're doing the best we can to get on our feet, get in shape (gaining a little weight for me, loosing a but for him, vitamins, etc, etc...). I just have no patience. lol

Well, I tried to take some pictures, the sunny weather is making quite the glare on these tests! But i got one, and put it on the site suggested:

So, maybe I'm dreaming?

Thanks, all

christine- yep, congrats! we hardly knew ya, girl!

beauty- well you are doing the right thing. it will all pay off for you. i had to struggle a bit when i was your age too, and it was all worth it.

sml- you know, i dont know why they would-there is some debate over what constitutes a megadose, but over 300 mg/day is widely accepted as dangerous, most say anything over 200 is too risky. the recommended dose for lpd is 50-200. i would err on the lower side just in case. neurotoxicity can take several years to recover from. the rda is only something like 1 or 2 mg/day.

I got all interested and looked at my B-complex. It has 5mg of B6, which is 250% of the Daily Value. It also has 1000% rda of Thiamin? Now I'm all wierded out and going to do more research.
the thing in particular about b6 is its the only water-soluable vitamin that can cause toxicity. other than b6, its just the fat-soluable ones you have to watch really.

Nice to meet you Christine. Now get into your DDC! Congrats!

SleepingBeauty... I think if I were you, I would go along with your BF's idea of having kids when he's 25. But, I would also find a way to change the TTC date so that the resulting child would be born when he is 25. It gives you 9 less months to wait.

ChristineEileen... Those aren't very faint! Congratulations!!!

That's what I was thinking, Stevi. Every little bit counts!!

I haven't been temping or using opk's, but pretty sure it was around CD16, that was my last day of EW CF. I'm on CD 27 now, so I'm somewhere from 11-15 DPO. The fertile CF spread this cycle was kind of long. We did manage BD 3X in that window, so...

I'll give an update in the morning after I test. I picked up the tests this morning--decided to go to a different WM from the one where I work, didn't want the Walmartians that know me to give me a hard time about it. I've told everyone I know and their sixth cousin we're TTC.

The only kink getting preg this cycle would cause is that I'm committed to a volunteer staff position at a week-long SCA event. I'd be like 8 mo. pregnant. I'll pray for a dry event (it's rained half the times we've been at that site, and the site is a horror when it rains), and make sure we have a heater at the children's center (which I'll be running).

I understand that frustration... no O for me yet still at CD 22!

Does he have a set goal in mind-- like he wants to own a home first, or have $5,000 in savings, or own a car, or live closer to/farther from the city, etc? When you have an idea of what he's picturing as "financial readiness" to start a family, you'll be able to get moving with saving up and trying to make that goal happen, and then YOU'RE in control of the when because it'll be based around your financial finagling!

I don't think he has a number in his head (other than this fascination with 25 being ok. I thin it's because it's a nice number *shrugs*) I think he just wants to be able to support us all, living in a place with enough space, etc. I'd ask him but he's swearing at the pc for freezing up right now.
