I have one child born in hospital, we're trying to get pregnant and I'd like to learn more about homebirth
I don't know much so could you please recommend some good resources to help me learn?

Watch The Business of Being Born. Read through the posts here. Search "homebirth" on Amazon and find some books. Google it. There's a ton of info out there

I did read some of the posts and googled it, the amount of information is overwhelming, I don't know where to start and what's really important to know plus I don't have a lot of time to sit in front of the computer
I'll start by watching The Business of Being Born and look for some good books on amazon.

what in particular do you want to know about homebirth?
there are some really good books available. try something like sheila kitzinger's homebirth book to start with.

Business of Being Born is a really good place to start.
You might also try reading Ina May Gaskin's Books, or "Pushed" by
Jennifer Block, or "Gentle Birth Choices."
You Want to Give Birth Where? was one of the first articles I read about homebirth. It's a good introduction.

I've started watching Business of Being Born on youtube, in the second part when they describe how pitocine works and how it often ends up in emergency c-section it's like reading about my birth. I wish I knew that earlier. Oh well, better late than never.
