I am 30 weeks with #6 and I have worries.
I think I just need a place to let them all out....
#1. Baby is transverse. I have had babies who have spun til 32 weeks or so and then gone vertex, but this babe has never moved. I have never felt movement above my belly button. Actually, I have never felt a kick outside of the bottom right hand corner of my abdomen since she just hasnt moved at all. At my first u/s at 8 weeks the OB commented on how low she was sitting and she hasnt moved from there since. Not once. I find this very concerning. I have never worried before about my babes not being head down because they WERE head down, they were just also breech and doing circles before they stopped spinning and ended up head down. This baby doesnt do that. This leads me to:
#2: I am worried that this will be impeding her growth. I imagine it like sleeping sideways in a twin bed, it cant be comfortable or optimum for her growth or movement. I am also worried that she will have badly bent ankles or feet from being so squished.
She just doesnt FEEL like a 30 week baby in there. I havent felt any bigger or more "stretched" in months and months. And finally......
#3 I am freaking out about her being pressed up against my c/s incision (I have had three c/s's in the last 5 years). When she does move she is psuhing out on and kicking DIRECTLY on it. I know I know, the risk of rupture is very small, but it cant be good to have a whole baby flexing against it!! And she only weighs 2.5lbs right now, what about when she is 3x that? I literally lay awake at night worrying about her bursting through my scar....

I know this all seems very melodramatic, but its really affecting me....
