could this be mastitis?

I hope someone here can help!
Friday evening I started to feel achy, woke up Saturday morning and felt achier still. Took some ibuprofen and went on with my day. In the afternoon the ibuprofen wore off and I started to feel crappy again - very achy in my joints and muscles like I had the flu, only I felt fine otherwise (no sore throat, stuffy nose, etc.) Took some more ibuprofen (which didn't help at all this time) and took a two hour nap during which I alternated between chills and sweating. Woke up and I had a 101.4 degree fever along with the achy joints/muscles, but no other symptoms (including no breast pain).
Went to bed for the night still feeling achy with fever, chills, sweating etc. Fever has not gone above 100 degrees since but I've been taking ibuprofen pretty consistently.
Woke up today Sunday and symptoms continue - achy, chills, sweating, etc. No fever above 100 degrees so far today, but I'm continuing to take ibuprofen for the achy muscles/joints. In the shower I noticed a tender area on my right breast including what feels like a small lump. BUT it is only tender if I push on it and is not hot or red.

Is this mastitis? And if it is, where does it go from here? Will I get better or worse? Do I need antibiotics?

Forgot to add: DD is 9 weeks old and started either sleeping through the night this week or mostly sleeping through the night. Her typical schedule is nurse at 10 pm and then either go all night and nurse again at 7 am or wake and nurse at 4:30 am and then again at 7 am. After the 7 am feeding she goes back to sleep again until about 10-11 am. Most mornings I try to pump and have been getting between 4-8 oz of milk, but I can't pump every morning. I lasted pumped on Friday morning.

Seems kinda strange but every woman is different. I would call the clinic tomorrow and see what your doc thinks. I have had mastitis many many times and mine always starts with a tender spot then pain and redness then the flu like symptoms.

Hope you start feeling better soon.
