Sinus infection strep throat now a possible ear infection ?

Since april Brendan dealt with croup/sinus infection and then in may strep throat.

Now he has no fever but complained tonight how his throat hurt and then started crying that his ear hurt so bad said the cold cloth helped his ear feel better .
