Not sure if this is the right place to post this...

I would like to build a sandbox on this idea: http://kidsstuff.stores.yahoo.net/o239-sandbox.html

The cover goes up to create a sunshade.

I'm just having trouble figuring out how to work it so the cover is easy to bring up & won't fall back down on my DS!

Any ideas? Any suggestions on a light-weight but durable material for the cover?
