left over birth supplies

So I have some stuff left over from our birth last August. I am just now getting to where I have time to do something with them. I am thinking of putting them on ebay, but don't know if that will work. Does anyone have ideas? I have a few unopened tinctures, some cool pads (in case of tearing), the lovely mesh panties, umbilical cord clamp and a pair of umbilical scissors.... has anyone dealt with getting rid of this kind of stuff before?

Is there an online homebirth community or FSBC in your area? - you can see if anyone is interested there.

You can call a local midwife if she has any clients interested.

Craigslist, should be able to sell everything you don't want quickly...Sure you don't want to wait to see if another baby comes down the pike?

no, there is no homebirthing community around here, no midwives, and craigslist won't work.... *sigh*

Ebay it is, then, I guess...if you put a nominal amt for your starting bid, you should get something for it...I would just say homebirth supplies, and have a pic of what you have. I don't think they would censor it- that's where I got my hemostats and some other equipment...

decided to offer them to a midwife a ways away... I am going to mail them to her and she will pay me what she thinks they are worth. Thanks for the ideas ladies
