Quick, low-carb/sugar vegan breakfast ideas?

I need some ideas for breakfast, I mentioned this in another post but it got lost, I used to always eat cereal/muffins/etc. for breakfast but I need something less grain/fruit-centered. We've been eating veggie dumplings lately but I'd like some more options, maybe with more protein, that are quick, easy, & cheap!!

Yogurt (homemade for less sugar) - soy, almond, coconut, etc
Scrambled tofu, with greens is really nice
PB/Almond butter on celery

I love a quick sauteed spinach with lemon and olive oil (or the same with broccoli) as part of breakfast. I usually have it with an egg (so that isn't vegan) but a slice of tofu, pan-fried with herbs or tempeh would be great with it, or simply sliced tomato.

Also make an excellent zucchini-potato hash that's (slice your potatoes - cook for 10-15 minutes with salt and pepper, add zucchini and cook about 8 minutes more).

Fried rice (with leftover rice and frozen diced veg) is another good breakfast meal.

+1 on the scrambled tofu and non-dairy yogurt ideas.

Another thought is maybe some pre-cooked quinoa, you can put soymilk and other toppings on it just like you would oatmeal or other cereals but it will be higher in protein.

I just had a protien smootie that was super quick & yummy. I throw a banana, a huge scoop of almond butter (or other nut butter), a couple scoops of hemp protien powder, 2 leaves of kale & some almond milk in the blender. Then pour over ice & enjoy!
