Need advice from the pro's on O....

Help!?

This cycle is my cycle immediately following a m/c at 5 weeks 4 days.

Normally...I ovulate around CD15. I get 4 days or so of EWCM and then it stops around the same time my temp goes up. During the TWW..I get sore BBs.

What is going ON with my cycle right now?



At the moment..it kind of looks like I O'd on CD 14. However....I got my positive OPK on CD 17 (and continued to have lots of EWCM after CD14).

I know it LOOKS like my temp shot up around CD14...however....my temps post O are usually around 97.6-98.0. My temps would be super super low...like lower than they've ever been post O..and with all the EWCM after that day and everything, I really have a hard time believe I O'd on CD14.

Today...at CD 19...my BB's have started to hurt.

On Saturday...CD 17 (the same day I got my positive OPKs) I had a very sharp throbbing stabbing pain near my left ovary for about 30 minutes while at work. I was almost sure it was be O.

Does anyone have any thoughts???

I got my positive OPK around 9 or 10am on Saturday (CD 17). My sharp pain was around 7pm that night. I know that once you get your surge..you can ovulate 12-36 hours after.

Could it be possible that my temp will go up tomorrow morning still? Normally my FF cover line is around 97.3..which is where my temp seems to be hanging around lately.

Any advice? Sorry for the long rambles!!!

tara- i think your explanation sounds completely plausible. i would expect to see your temp up starting tomorrow. something must be in the air, my chart is giving me fits this cycle too.

First I am sorry for your loss.
I think cd19 where you have it seems very likely. It isn't uncommon to have a wonky cycle after a m/c. I wouldn't override FF though, I would wait the couple days and see what happens.

I am SO excited my temp is up today! AHH! Seriously I could hardly sleep I was so damn happy!!

I'm not sure that yesterday was the day that I ACTUALLY O'd though..does that make sense? I think Sunday seems more likely....but I guess I will just never really know for sure. We sure BD'd a lot so hopefully we caught the egg!!!

yep, it does. it's possible for your theoretical bbt to have gone lower after one day, only to start to come up the next, only that next temp may be higher, lower, or the same as the previous days because it was starting from a theoretically lower spot. charting can be off 1 day like that. since we can only temp once a day, that's our only chance, there's no way to know for sure, but sometimes you just know.

Ohhh that makes me feel better!!

I am a little confused today though.....go figure!!!

When I took my temp this morning my temp was 97.3.....which was a huge DROP. That's never happened to me before. I took it again 2 seconds later and it was 97.5. I just don't understand. I put the second temp in because I was irritated. I don't know what the heck is going on. Maybe this cycle is just freakin weird because it's the cycle after a m/c? I had a later miscarriage in March and my next cycle was pretty normal.....Maybe my temp was just a fluke this morning? I don't get it.

I'm gonna try not to worry about it though I guess. Won't really understand til a few more days of temping I suppose.
