How do you get the nutrition in the toddler? aka does bone broth come in a lactose tablet?

Argh!! Trying to help dd's teeth remineralize and I think it might be easier to actually use my bare hands to pull her teeth.

And it's not just that she refuses all the nutritious (and expensive for my budget) food that I went out of my way to get, she's also refusing to soak her thumb that lost its nail to yeast. If I was trying to do something specific for her hair, bones, or cartilage, she'd probably refuse to have anything to do with that, too.

She also screams about me brushing her teeth. I was worried it was pain, but sometimes she is okay with it, and she drinks and eats cold and hot foods with no discomfort.

Why can't all nutrition come in like a juice box or a lactose tablet? Or pasta! I tried making her ramen soup (I know ) with the bone broth, NOPE. She had two bites and nada.

Sigh.... hopefully today was just a fluke because of all the traveling.

And tomorrow I start the cats on the raw food that I picked up at the same time as the soup bones. When they've had a chance to have not-kibble, they've made it quite clear that they'd love to change, so that should be more successful.

What about a smoothie made with frozen fruit and equal amounts raw milk and raw cream? Make popsicles from this mix too. The fat soluble vitamins are equally as important as the minerals.

Can you hide extra egg yolks in things she eats normally?

Pot roast in crockpot made with reduced bone broth is a hit at our house.

MMMMM Jane do you have a recipe???

PP-check out the cell salt thread. I'm sure she will take those they have a sweet taste and are so easy to give LOs. I know diet is the most important thing but there are mamas on here haivng great results with cell salts. We have seen DD hair and nails grow really fast with just giving silica. We also started bioplasma(this would be great for you DD) so I'm eager to see ehat that does for us
