Ugh. So, soy is everywhere. Can someone tell me a fish oil and a prenatal vit that do NOT have dairy/soy? I really need to keep taking my supplements or I am going to get depressed. Literally.

Same goes for me, but with Peanut or tree nuts. Everything at WHole Foods has a nut warning.

The only omega 3/fish oil that I know of that is soy free (besides Green Pastures fermented cod liver oil, which probably doesn't have near enough omega 3s for what you want) is Dr. Mercola's krill oil.

And for prenatals, you have MegaFoods. That is about the only one I can think of. Thorne is good but I would assume the vit e is soy derived. You could also take the Thorne B-Complex, that's good too.

I believe Carlson's fish oil is also free of soy.

The "natural tocopherols" are soy derived, I believe.
I don't react to that little trace soy but my dd does.

I had to cobble my supplements together from individual ones. I take a separate B complex, C, DHA, vitamin A/D, and dulse, and then take minerals at a separate time.

Another option is to get a prescription multivitamin from a compounding pharmacy. Have your HCP write you a script for what you need. I haven't tried this route yet, as the cobbling together approach seems to be working for me at the moment.

We use TwinLab regular CLO- no soy, and it's cheap.

I'm pretty sure you aren't going to find a multi or prenatal that doesn't have soy in it, unfortunately. I'm using the Thorne prenatal right now, which I'm pretty sure does have soy and corn derivatives (DD is allergic to both), and DD seems ok with me taking them. YMMV of course, but Thorne seems to be the best we've found for hypoallergenicity.
