BFAR resources for a friend

Hi there,
A friend of mine is pregnant with her first baby. She had a breast reduction about 12 years ago. She knows that I've been having issues with IGT, and approached me will the question, "how will I know I know if I will be able to breastfeed?". We only got to talk for a minute, but she did say that she's been having breast changes while being pregnant.

Is it safe to assume that she will have supply issues? I want her to get some information now because, for me, the hardest part of IGT was that it was completely unexpected.

Besides MDC, where should I point her?

thanks!

and maybe kellymom.com

It's assumed that bfar moms will need to supplement and therefore diapers and weight gain should be closely monitored - but there are bfar moms who have been able to ebf. With 12 years for recannalization and breast changes, it sounds very promising for your friend!!
