At a birth center that she also delivers at. There will be home visits toward then end, but her office hours are at the birth center.

Also, she packs up the NICE birth center tub and brings it to your house and sets it up. Only charges for the liner.

All done in our house. Much more intimate and as this is our second pregnancy with her, she can show up with the house in shambles at this point and I could care less. She's like family, shoos our dogs, helps herself in the kitchen. Super easy.

Honestly, we've had a few appointments at a Dr.s office for ultrasounds and such and having to travel so frequently(even just 15 minutes away) with a kid at this point in my pregnancy for basic prenatals would be a serious PITA. At home, DS has his toys, TV, etc. But generally, he feels so comfortable with her at this point, he like helping out with the exam.

Sorry, I'm obviously biased .

In her home, but the last month of pregnancy, she visits weekly at our home. I also like going to her place and find I'm really relaxed there.

All have been in our home. I love it!! It's nice to not have to worry about my ds because he's in his own environment and like it was said before it is more intimate.

My midwife has an office and will preform exams there if you ask but her standard practice is to come to your home to see you, which is what I'm doing.
