alright, rabbit mamas!
we had two successful litters!
however, one of the litters had two adventurous bunnies (of 6) hop out of the nest box a little early (right on the 10th day?) so we put on gloves and put them back in (which i thought was better b/c they're in wire cages).
now, sadly, two of the nest box residents are dead.. could it have anything to do with touching them? would mama bun be able to sort them out to not nurse them?
or, were the two early fleers of the nest getting away from dead ones or is this all coincidence?
any clue to this mystery? everyone else seems to be doing fine.
