possibly meal bugs. They like grains. You might see larvae in the grains (small "worms' about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch long or you may just see webs. If you have any birdseed in the garage your moths could be coming from there, too. Hope so!

Btw, I've on occasion bought bad flour with meal moth eggs in it. When I opened the bag of flour it was already infested. Luckily it was cheap flour I wanted to use for making playdough, but I decided that was still too gross and went and bought a new bag of a different brand.

Here's a link that might help:

good luck!

They are pantry moths and a huge pain.

They can come from dog food as well

There are glue/pheromone traps you can use. Those help a bit but you need to find what they are eating.

I have had them before, I started putting grains I brought home in the freezer first for a day and then storing them in glass.

Yes, you can get pheromone baited sticky traps at Home Depot. They come in a white and green box (the green is a picture of clover or something). I think they like rice and grains more than beans.

This is what we have used: Safer brand "the pantry pest trap" http://www.amazon.com/Pantry-Pest-Tr.../dp/B001P2H6X6

I'd set up a few in the garage and one in the kitchen right away and change them as they get full.

I have a previously owned van that had an infestation. I did a super thorough cleaning but we were still seeing moths. A trap seem to have done the trick but I did eliminate as much of the food source as possible. Just vacuuming and steam cleaning wasn't enough, though. Too many cracks and crevices...
