My son loves Dinosaur Train and is constantly quizzing me on the different dinosaurs he learns about on the show.

I love the expression on people's faces when he walks up to them and tells them that we're Omnivores.

We're going TV-free as of last week, but DS really enjoys How It's Made type stuff. I don't mind him watching one or two shows on the computer/DVD player a day. He seems to prefer programs with real world machines/vehicles. There's a "Mighty Machines" DVD that he would watch morning, noon, and night if I let him. It's a little annoying to me, but it does a good job of explaining the functions of different machines, as well as a little subtle preaching about the benefits of mass transit.
