Our last pregnancy happened right after I stopped the Pill, and I was taking a few vitamins and not drinking alcohol and such, but hadn't really gotten into preparing for TTC.
We just decided to start TTC #2, and I actually O'd today so we bd just for the fun of it. I don't have high hopes that we will get pg on the first (sort-of) try, but now that I'm reading through threads I'm worried I haven't prepared my body well enough.
I don't take vitamins on a daily bases, and I'm a little overdue on getting my yearly exam. Also need to go to the dentist. I am overweight, but that's been a lifelong battle, and that wasn't really planned to change much before getting pg. I am much more in shape than I was 5 years ago when I was pg, since taking a part time job that entirely consists of walking.
Anyway, I guess I'm just looking for reassurance that I'm not crazy for TTC without having done all of these things. If not, hit me with your best shot. Odds are against me for getting pg this cycle, so I can take your constructive criticism and apply it.
TIA!
