I am trying to find a good source of sprouted wheat flour. Anyone have any suggestions on good places? I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I also want to get decent stuff. Also, how much should I buy at a time? DH and I don't eat grains (actually, he does but rarely), but both my DS do and I love to bake for and with them. I have been soaking flour, but I want some sprouted flour to use too so I don't always have to soak it first. Like when DS1 wants pancakes "right now" or when we decide to bake together on the spur of the moment. Thanks!
