I asked the same ? to my RE today re

pks that are + one day and - the next. I had a + opk Monday, neg Tuesday and neg today. I did not O on Tuesday (the first neg day). RE said it is most common to O the day it turns negative, but that was a general guideline that many women differ from.
AF the cycle length- if your cycles have always been fairly regular length, I think you could use it as a guideline, but I'd be hesitant to rely on it if you're limiting BD, kwim? If you think about it, even if you were to theoretically O on CD16 every month, what is your body's CD16 would change a bit each month depending on when you started your AF (like, if your AF starts in the a.m that's almost an extra day vs. starting at night). My cycles aren't regular at all, tho, so I'm not speaking from personal experience here, just thinking out loud for you.

Best to you.
