best waldorf doll kit?

i would love some recommendations. i'd like to just order what i need to make a doll for dd; am overly busy, but can sew pretty well. i don't have time or a store near me to visit to assemble components.

There aren't too many companies making kits any longer. Magic Cabin still does and Weir Doll and crafts. I agree that using a kit on your first try is the way to go, but once you've done that and you are thoroughly hooked on doll making, buying the components separately is the most economical way to go.

I loved Jan's pattern, and I'm planning on trying to modify it to make different sizes (unless I can find the smaller sizes somewhere!). Now that I know what I'm doing (a little!) I ordered supplies from Weir and they are LOVELY.
