Location of uterus at 13 weeks, 3rd pregnancy?

So my uterus is very obviously centered between my pubic bone and my belly button at 13 weeks. It's not very large/wide - about grapefruit sized like all the books say for around this point, maybe a touch larger. I've always been able to feel my uterus pretty easily in my previous pregnancies and I'm sure that it was never this high up when it was still this small. I can remember feeling it at roughly this size (by feeling the top arc), but it was at least a couple of inches lower. In my previous two pregnancies I measured like a text book - hitting the navel at 20 weeks. Right now it almost feels like I can literally palpate all the way around my uterus - even the bottom seems to be up above my pubic bone. It's almost as if it's floating! Lol! Is this a 3rd pregnancy thing? Like loosened ligaments are allowing it to move higher up or something? I have had two c-sections if that matters at all.

I'm not sure but this is my 4th and I had the same thing happen. By 13 weeks I could (and so could my MW) more than halfway up to my bellybutton. MW thought it was twins but on u/s we could only spot one slighly large baby (only measured a week ahead).
