7 1/2 month old nap/sleep schedule?

I'm wondering what the norm is for a 7 1/2 month old.

1. How many times a day does a baby this age nap?
2. How long are the naps?
3. When is a good time to start night time sleeping?
4. How long are the night time sleeps?
5. When does the day start?

Thank you!

I can tell you what my 7.5 month old does.

She wakes between 6:30 and 7:30. Plays for 1-2 hours.
1st nap from 9ish for an hour.
Plays until noon.
2nd nap 12ish until 1:30ish
Plays until 4ish.
3rd nap 4-5ish.
Down for bed at 7:30, asleep by 8:00

Usually she wakes up 2-3 times to nurse/resettle over the night.

at 7.5 months (and pretty much most of the rest of his life) he was waking for the day around 5-6 AM. his naps were all over the place, never slept longer than 30-45 minutes at a time for naps. At night he was waking every 30-60 minutes. Bedtime I think was around 8.

My DS1 was like this:

Up for day: 6:00
6-8:30 Eat/play
8:30-10:30 Nap
10:30-12:30/1:00 Eat play
1:00-3:00ish Nap
3:00-5:30 Eat/Play
5:30-6:30 Cat nap sometime during this timeframe-usually 30 minutes or so
6:30-7:30/8:00 Eat/Play
8:00 Bed

Up once or twice in the night to eat or not-depending.

My DD was a late sleeper, 9 or 10, and if she went to bed before 9:30 at night she treated like a nap and wanted to play when she woke up. At that age she was still taking three naps and nursing every couple of hours during the night. My DD hit 3 milestones (pulling up, crawling forward and first tooth) the week she was 7.5 months, so for several weeks before that her sleep was horrible. She was even trying to crawl in her sleep and would wake herself up.

Up for day: Anywhere between 8am-9:30am

Awake for about 1 1/2 hours

Nap lasting anywhere between 15 minutes-1 hour, depending on how long DS1 lets him sleep before waking him up.

Rest of the day is a cycle of awake for a couple of hours then napping for 30min-2 hours.

No schedule at all...sometimes a pattern, sometimes not.

Down for the night between 9:30pm-11pm.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

Is this your only child? Does your babe seem well rested? I would take these into consideration when thinking about daytime sleep.
My son, who is now 5, had a predictable 2 naps a day 1 or 2 hours each. My daughter, now 7 months old is not a daytime sleeper. Because of our busy five year old she doesn't get the nap time routine that my son did. They both fight sleep like I have never seen, so they need routine and time with husband or me to fall a sleep. I am not able to give this to my daughter.

My son needed to be to school at 9 am, so she got used to starting a nap in the car. School is out now so when I notice her begin to be tired we will get in the car and run errands or I will put her in a sling and wear her to sleep. She'll sleep about 1/2 to 1 hour. I do the same in the afternoon.
Bed time is 7 or 8.
She is has plenty of quiet alert time during the day and is thriving. I wasn't comfortable with this system until about a month ago. I was so focused on sleep when my son was an infant so to be more flexible with my daughter is hard.
