Repelling with Nellie's?

Has anyone experienced any repelling with build-up from Nellie's? We use PF at home and GroBaby dipes for daycare. Recently, our GroBabies have started leaking to the point that I'm not in love. I want to be in love, but I'm not.

Has anyone else had this problem with using Nellie's? I called GroBaby (now GroVia) and they told me that they've been hearing from others that have used Nellie's about built-up repelling... We've been using this combo for nearly 9 months so I'd think it'd have shown up before now...

I'm bothered.

Oh, and to clarify, my washing routine consists of a quick rinse, 1st wash in warm, take out covers and air dry, 2nd wash in hot. These are in our front load HE machine.

(bump)

I boiled my GroBaby dipes last night. The water was, um, gross. Yellow. And smelled like pee. Ack!

Anyway, anyone else use Nellie's with either a top or front loader?
