Need help figuring this out...supply/congestion?/dairy?

I am not sure if any of these are related. I am BFing my 3rd. DD1 nursed without issue for 4 years. I had super-letdown, but that is it. DD2 I was working fulltime OH so I was always concerned with pumping enough and was fine that I had a huge supply. I pumped way more milk than I ever needed and she was exclusively a BM baby, supply was huge. She also had bad reflux which led to a mess of confusing symptoms that just resolved on thier own.

So DD3 will be 4 weeks on Saturday. She is a great nurser. I have a hefty supply and killer letdown. She usually latched on, gulps through letdown, and is done nursing in 10 min or less. She is gaining as a great rate so I know she gets plenty. Here are all of the things I am thinking through:
1) She does not nurse much at night....maybe once or twice is I encourage her. So my breast are usually very full by then, she eats a ton very fast then falls back asleep but it then restless the rest of those nights. She then wakes up congested, fussy, like crap is in her nasal cavity...she spits up some and is fine then.
2) Every time she eat she does this chronic spitting up but just into the back of her throat, like she is choking on it. I can count on one hand the number of times in almost 4 weeks that she actually had any come out of her mouth. But every feeding results in throat gagging spit ups.
3) Very light green tinge to poop this morning.

Any ideas? ANything related??

Certainly, there is a definite relationship to being congested and comsuming dairy products so personally, I would think that there could be a connection - if in doubt you could eliminate dairy from your diet and see if you notice a difference although I think you have to do that for around 3 weeks or more to finally get all the dairy out of your system. As for the let down there is an interesting thread here suggesting that gluten induces a heavy milk supply. If you're feeling abit over full you could block nurse, make sure that your lo doesn't get too much of the fore milk - although we're not supposed to call it that - but the high content of lactose induces bad gas pains - just a suggestion or something to keep in mind.

Thanks for the feedback. I had the same thought re: dairy. Another question, that DH mentioned...when she eats and gulps so fast, her spits usually go up and out her nose. This is 90% a during the night issue. Could the congestion be related to that? It doesn't seem really mucusy, just raspy/cloggy and such for a bit.

She does have nasty gas, so the block nursing is a good idea.
