Valco Double w/toddler seat, or just get a triple?

My kids are 4, 3, and 1. My DH is away for two months, and I'm desperate for some time to myself! So I'm thinking if I could just go for a walk ...

Looking at the Valco double with the toddler seat, or either Mountain Buggy or Baby Jogger triples. All three are on my craigslist right now! Any thoughts?

I have the valco with the toddler seat for my 2.5 year old and 3 month twins. It was a hand-me-down, so I didn't really choose it; but it's working well. It's pretty heavy to push with the big kid in the jump seat, so I'd try to chat up the back seats for the big kids if I were you. It rolls well and has a lot of storage; but it's a bear to fold up and put in my smallish minivan.

Would your 4yr old fit in a stroller??? I know that by 3yrs of age my olders were totally DONE with strollers - no way on earth.

What about bikes? What if you got a bike trailer for the little one - that fits two in case you need it for the two younger ones and then go biking instead?
