Looking for a simple knitted hat pattern...

Hi all,

I am starting out with knitting and I am really starting to love it-even though I am learning REALLY slowly. It is really fun and rewarding.

I am looking for a simple knitted hat pattern for children. One that maybe uses a nice chunky wool yarn. I want to do something that I can do without a huge amount of frustrating effort and feel good about it.

This one is knit in the round.

This one is knit flat and then sewed up. (and you have to register on the lion brand website to see it).
