Non-Hormonal Family Planning

I am currently trying to decide when birth control is right for me...i have one child a 2 yr old...and we are not planning on anymore for a few years...i have tried the nuvaring and had horrible headaches so i had to discontinue...i am interested in non-hormonal birth control methods...any thoughts?

There are quite a few of us that are charting our cycles, some charting to avoid, others just charting for knowledge, etc..

I love my non-hormonal (copper) IUD. Some women have cramps and significantly heavier periods with the copper IUD, others don't.
You could also use any combination of charting, condoms, withdrawal, spermicide or diaphragms. For example, you could combine charting and withdrawal, or diaphram and spermicide.
