Chronic fatigue and depression-supplements?

I am so desperate to find something that will make me feel better (depression/anxiety) and NOT cause sedation/fatigue/sexual issues.
I have tried cymbalta, lexapro, effexor, prozac, celexa, paxil. They all cause me to eat constantly and gain weight and i get tired (and im already fatigued to begin with) and unable to orgasm.
I just did a 3 week trial on wellbutrin, lost almost 10lbs (aweome!), got hornier than ever, but then got crazy, irritable, almost psychotic and had panic attacks.

I currently take ritalin as needed because im just so freaking exhausted. (beginning to supplement for adrenal fatigue)

But i need something for my mood. I know there is 5htp, sam-e, st johns wort. But i cannot take these if they are going to make me sleepy because that will just make me more miserable in the long term. Also, i have food addiction issues (crave carbs and sweets like crazy) so i cant take anything that is going to increase appetite.
I am starting to feel hopeless. If anyone has any advice i appreciate it.

I highly rec the book The Mood Cure by Julia Ross for your issues. I have been there and it helped me immensely.

I know very little but will tell you some. Craving carbs and sweets is yeast talking. get on a yeast protocol and take a high quality probiotic. yeast on the brain can cause all sorts of issues.
have you had your vitamin d level tested? low levels cause depression. Start taking 4000 IU daily at the very least (first read abt whether it will interact with any pharmas you are on) stop using caffeine and ritalin (wean slowly if that is what is recommended of course, I do not know abt that part). the 'crash' you get from them is likely making it worse. Take some time to just sleep.

Drink only water (not fluoridated of course). Water has been known to heal many things. cant give links, lying down gl will check in tomorrow

disclaimer- i am not a licensed health professional. I read a lot of science and studies.

Magnesium and more magnesium. http://drcarolyndean.com/?p=2113

Lots of Vitamin D, lots of Omega 3 fatty acids (cut out omega 6s oils such as sunflower, safflower, corn, cottonseed, soy and canola which antagonize and make worse an omega 3 deficiency).

Zinc.

Consider the primal diet www.marksdailyapple.com and the havoc that the swings of high blood sugar and then resulting hypoglycemia can be contributing to this: http://www.drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/Hypog...the_full_story

Interestingly enough I just read that high blood sugar/high insulin makes you unable to retain magnesium.

I have low blood pressure/low blood sugar issues too.

As for the yeast, i started a yeast protocol, and i thought i was dying. I did it for about 3 days, and literally couldnt get out of bed, my head was throbbing, couldnt go to work, etc. it was a nightmare.

I dont necessarily think its yeast, because people with adrenal fatigue constantly crave crabs and sweets to fix their blood sugar issues, and because it temporarily increases seratonin, so it makes u feel better shortly.
I keep hearing about the mood cure but cant get my hands on it right now.
I have tried the primal diet shortly but failed because of my addiction to carbs. Seriously i am like a drug addict with that stuff.
I do take Vit D, at least 5,oooIU, i take C, b complex, l carnitine, co q 10, fish oil, etc.
I wonder if i should pick up some 5htp today..
