Poison On My Breasts

I'm pretty sure it's poison ivy. I believe DD got into it and had a small spot on her face which spread to my breasts while nursing. I'm a highly allergic person so it's spreading like crazy and very uncomfortable. I can't take benedryl due to other health issues but I was wondering if there was something natural and topical that I could use that wouldn't effect breastmilk?

I've had poison ivy before and it takes really long to go away but it usually went away on it's own. But with DD nursing and squeezing she keeps irratating it every time she nurses which makes me scratch and in turn makes the poison spread! Ugh!

I just looked it up and I'm unclear as to whether I should be looking for a cream or pills? Or do they have both? I would prefer something topical but if it's not made that way I can get the pills.

After reading the info. maybe it would help me with my rheumatoid arthritis as well! That would be great! Thank you again!

Use both if you can afford it.

rhus tox is one of the remedies that can be used for poison ivy. If you can only get one I'd prefer the pellets, but if you can do both, that can be helpful. I also suggest epsom salt soaks and in my practice flower essences have been extremely helpful as well if you have access to them.
