I'm almost 32 weeks and baby A still isn't head down. As a matter of fact she's head up with her sister transverse ontop of her. Mamas I'm TERRIFIED! I thought she had at LEAST gone transverse for the last few days, but last night I started getting the low rhytmic thumps of her feet so if she was, I know she's back to head up. I do NOT want a c-section... I can't even express how badly I don't want a c/s. I have a JUST today turned 2 year old, and caring for him and 2 brand new infants is going to be overwhelming enough but adding in recovering from major surgery, w/ a DH who can only be home for a week! MIL can help, but she works so I'd still be home alone with the kids for at LEAST a few hours a day. DS still needs carried sometimes, and he's already going to feel displaced enough w/ mommy constantly taking care of the babies! I'm consumed with the fear of a c/s!! DS's birth was a perfect experience, to think I'm not going to get that again is heartbreaking.
I have had regular chiropractic care this entire pregnancy, I am not however working with a chiropractor that's schooled in Webster. There is one about 1/2 an hour from my house, but he wants to see me 3x's a week... That's $60/week in copays... I don't have an extra 240/month! Plus the tank of gas it would be every 2 weeks to get there and back! I've done spinning babies exercises, but at this point anything that puts my head below my heart makes me crazy dizzy! for some reason even getting on all fours makes me dizzy!
