Anyone else wondering "what else can I do to get a BFP this cycle"?

Every cycle that passes I start trying to think of something else I could try, to improve chances of pregnancy....anyone else get like that?

This cycle I started taking a new MultiVitamin, and it's my first cycle taking B complex and having no caffeine at all. -i've ordered maca tablets but they haven't arrived yet.

Anyone else trying anything different/new lately?

Me too!! Each cycle I find another thing I can do in hopes of increasing the odds. When we first started TTC, it was just a pre-natal vitamin. Now, a year later, I'm doing a pre-natal, Vitex, chinese herbs, Mucinex, an runny egg every day, acupuncture, guided imagery, no processed foods, lots of water, eating five colors per meal (traffic light and black and white), charting, OPKs and am part of a research study!

I've got green tea in tablet form, is that what you took or did you drink the tea? I really can't stand the taste that's why I take the tablets. I didn't know they had any relevance to TTC though, I just take them because of the anti-oxidants in them.

What's agnus castus?

green tea is thought to help make your "secretions" ph balanced/sperm friendly

agnus castus regulates cyles, mine were 36 days long and it brought them down to 30 days

agnus castus is vitex.

GaleTX, if you've been trying for a year, you'd fall under infertility's umbrella, have you or DH been tested?

I've cut caffeine out even though many women seem to be ok drinking a couple of cups. I want to see how that works out. I've also started eating fruits which I usually seem to never do. I'm a vegetarian so I already don't eat any meat but don't know if that's good or bad when trying to conceive. I guess I'll find out when my 2ww is over. I don't eat much as it is but the progesterone pills are making me pack on the pounds. I can't even fit into my jeans, it's like I'm gaining a pound a day or something and don't know where the calories are coming from. Anyone else experiencing this?

What is agnus catus/vitex?
