when should i see a dr. re: fatigue?

I had a post already but searched and couldn't find it, but I am just feeling a bit confused and concerned about what my body is going through. My original symptoms are general fatigue. I also have bouts of light headedness, dizzy and blackened vision a few times a month, normally just before and during my period and occurs upon standing, followed by headache and fatigue. I have lost 25 pounds following the eat to live diet (vegan, low-fat) and have begun regular excersize. My weight is now within normal range, bmi is 23, previously was 27. I have had a misscarriage (chemical pregnancy), TTC #2 for over a year, have one healthy ds. I had a seizure in high school (epileptic, grand-mal), but am not epileptic, tests showed abnormal brainwaves, also had pretty bad migraines in high school. I originally thought fatigue could be from diet/exercise, but have discontinued them for the past 3 weeks and symptoms are not any better. I did have a really bad yeast infection a few weeks back, right after i went off my diet. I also have noticed severe problems just prior to getting period, sinus/congestion, sometimes feverlike and this past cycle, severe reproductive/digestive cramps.

I do have mercury fillings in my mouth, but have had them for over 10 years and this fatigue is more recent. I suspect a few things, possible blood pressure problems, my last obgyn exam blood pressure was fine, but i checked it at a drugstore and it was borderline high a few months back

Mold issues/air quality in my house

thyroid or hormone imbalance

possibly related to my brain, neurological problems.

I know these boards are for opinion only, I am just wanting to know what others might think could be the problem, what type of dr. should i see (obgyn, general md, chiropractor, etc) and what question to ask, tests to suggest, are all these problems i am having related, does anyone think?

I can't be of much help but a few ideas

You said your vegan/low-fat BUT out bodies need fat so is it possible you could up your fat intake? You needing more fat comes to mind because of your light headiness. Fat helps control insulin levels so perhaps that's why your feeling light headed/dizzy or maybe it's iron related? also If you think your hormones are out of whack you need fat(cholesterol) in order for your body to make hormones.

I personally would see a naturopath If possible.

have you had any blood work done? I would definitely check your Iron, B12 thyroid at least? Just my thoughts

Sounds like a lot of your symptoms sprung up after starting this diet. I would recommend eating more building foods(protein, fats, soups, etc.) Try to cut back on the raw and vegan for awhile. You may be anemic. I don't know what sort of excercise you are doing, but make sure its not too much.
