Anyone dealt with guardianship issues? I always knew I would have to legally obtain guardianship but now that it is "in my face"...

Are you talking about taking over legal guardianship of an adult? Like once you child hits 18? I have not crossed that bridge my DD is an infant, but on a list serve I am on for her condition this seems to be something half of parents do when their child reaches adulthood.
