Yes, there was someone who used to post here whose baby stopped reacting when she started taking enzymes. The theory is that if baby is reacting to undigested proteins in mama's milk, then enzymes help prevent that. The only thing is that, again, taking enzymes can cause die-off (less undigested food for bad bacteria/yeast to live off) so you want to protect your breastmilk from the toxins they release. I used vit c, Pascalite clay, and milk thistle to help my milk stay as protected as possible. I felt a LOT of healing from enzymes, but die-off can be brutal and unexpected.

I used primarily Enzymedica Digest Gold although I used some Houston No-Fenol for yeast too, and I learned a ton about enzymes from:
Enzymestuff
Dd was 2.5 when I finally started figuring out all of her intolerances. I started her on chewable enzymes, using first Houston Enzymes then Klaire Labs, and they have helped her a ton, too. I definitely had yeast issues and between the enzymes and biotin (and figuring out intolerances and restoring stomach acid and repopulating my gut) I have healed a lot. Dd had visibly less undigested food in her poop and definitely started absorbing nutrients better. She can't eat gluten or dairy or anything while taking them but they have helped her dysbiosis tremendously.
I had a super strange experience when I first started taking enzymes. I had NO idea how bad off I was until this happened. When I ate and took enzymes, everything got brighter and I felt much more alive. The noticeable effect wore off after a few weeks but I still shudder to think of how horribly dreary my life would have been if I weren't blessed with my dd to show me what I needed to fix in my health.
