Are VAGINAL PRE-O temps in the mid to high 97's too low?

Title states my question pretty clearly. I ovulate very regularly on CD 10 or 11, have a 15 day LP, so that's all normal. Do my vaginal temps sound okay? Post O they range from about 98.2/3 to 98.6/7. I have had two chemical pregnancies in six months of TTC.

I haven't had my thyroid tested and don't have insurance right now. But I know weight gain/difficulty losing weight is a common symptom of hypothyroid, and that's not an issue for me at all. I'm pretty thin at 5'5", 120 lbs, and I eat quite a lot without gaining weight and not much formal exercise either, and easily lose weight if I don't eat enough for a couple days. Could I have a thyroid issue without the weight gain? I started taking iodine in the form of kelp to see if my temp goes up a bit.

Any thoughts?

I just did a search on FF for pregnant charts with vaginal temping, and it looks like my temps are actually quite similar to many of them, even higher than some, so I'm going to stop worrying now.

Mien run about the same....96 or 97 until O and then they go up to 98 & 99s.

FWIW I am the same sort of build and height.

Have to say I love the "search" feature on FF--so reassuring! There really are a ton of Pregnancy charts with vag temps in this range.

My temps always ran a bit low, causing my partner to be concerned that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant or had a thyroid issue. But, I'm pregnant with my second now, and haven't had any medical problems/didn't need to be treated for anything. Some people just run a little lower than others. You can see my chart here if you want to compare. Some of them are a little screwy because they're post-partum charts.
