Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Egg Free MultiVitamin Recommendation?

Sorry, I'm sure this has been covered before but I searched and couldn't find it.

I'm sure dd could use a customized list of vitamins for her needs but for now, while we are adjusting, I'm just hoping to get her a multivitamin to help fill the huge gaps in her diet.

Thanks so much for your help!

We use Nano VM made by Solace Nutrition. It's wonderful!! It's free of all the top major allergens. It's a powdered formula. We mix it in with a maple syrup and give it to DS and we have no problem getting him to take it. They have different age groups to adjust the dosaging appropriately and it's considered a complete multivitamin, which means that it covers 100% of the RDA for them. Of course, your child may still have gaps, but it would help alot!

i don't have the website written down, but if you do a google search for Solace Nutrition, it will pop up right away.

Goodluck!

We have been using Might-a-Mins by isotonix.

I think it's been fine but I am switching him to Thorne research kids multi because I want DS to get the real folate and not folic acid....not many multi's have real folate. Just a handful of companies make them.
