So I made a beautiful wool wrap from a coat but left open the wrong side. I left open the backside with the elastic and had trouble closing over the elastic.
The wool is lined with a receiving blanket for softness and the backside of the cover now has an elastic pocket.
Can I just put my existing inserts in here now? The diaper is lanolized. I've used cotton lined wool wraps before. Is there any reason this won't work? Is there a market for this?
The only problem I know of is that they are a one use cover. You have to airdry between uses, but that's what pocket people do anyway--use 'em one time right?

I'd suggest just using it as a cover if you desire to have more use from it. I've used PUL pockets as covers/wraps before and they work just fine.
