DS just turned 4 and he's going strong. (It helps keep the weight off, so I'm not complaining!
) I feel strongly about child-led weaning. Sometimes I have little moments of wondering if he'll be asking for a drink of "leite" (that's what we call it; DH is Brazilian and he wants DS to be able to speak his language) before he goes off to prom.
But if that's what's best for DS, that's fine with me. He'll stop when he's ready, and in the meantime, I love every minute we get to spend together. Every minute that doesn't involve picking up his toys, anyway.
