I'm almost 39 weeks too and I'm doing a bunch of the same, some different: RRL tea w/ nettles, alfalfa powder in smoothies and juice, probiotics (daily in yogurt), prenatal multi, vitamin C, fish oil, calcium + magnesium and evening primrose (mostly orally, sometimes vaginally).

I've been taking almost everything throughout my entire pregnancy. The RRL tea w/ nettles I started at about 27 wks, same with the alfalfa. The evening primrose I started at 37 weeks. I'm feeling great with no problems...except wanting this baby to come soooooooooooon!

I don't know about those homeopathics.
Are you taking cod liver oil regularly/daily???

Why are you taking them? Are these routine things that she recommends to all clients, or are you having particular problems that seem to need fixing?

That sounds like a lot for 'routine'. I'd want to know why so much is being recommended. Not all pregnant women need the same things; while some of the stuff on the list is mild enough not to be concerning, some I think is best only to use for a specific need, not routinely--can have unintended effects.
