Can anyone help me make sense of this. My husband and I are still married but he lives in TX because he's in the army. He pays for my rent and electric and car payment,etc. I called to get food stamps and they are trying to get me to file for child support. I don't understand how this is possible given that he is already paying 1600 a month at least.
